Delivery from China normally takes 2-3 weeks. Of course, you as a customer are not affected by shipping costs, taxes or customs fees. It is possible to make changes and options, when ordering from the factory everything is possible and we can adjust the price afterwards if necessary

Starpery FAQ

1. The outer layer is made of high standard elastic TPE (thermoplastic elastomers) coupling with epoxy resins in solid body support and finely designed skeleton. All materials meet national health and safety standards that are harmless to humans and environmentally friendly.

2. The skeleton and joints allow the model to pose in many positions and styles, which gives a very realistic experience. For durability, do not place the doll in extended positions for long periods of time. Although the elasticity of the TPE material is fantastically durable and durable, excessive elongation for a long time can result in deformation. Move the model to its original position, with the hands resting down, after use.

3. It is a standard procedure during manufacture to assemble and place its skeleton at precise points. Different supports are attached during the injection process, so there will be some small fillings on these holes that are not classified as manufacturing defects.

4. Avoid sharp objects or kneading with excessive force.

9. If the surface of the model has scratches, cuts or holes, use the supplied TPE adhesive to seal. Clean the detected area with a make-up remover before gluing. Make sure that the defective surface is not in tension when applying TPE glue. The curing time is about half an hour.
