Return and complaint
If you want to complain about a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by e-mail for further instructions. Let us know via e-mail before you send something.

In the event of an approved complaint, the correct item will be sent out. If the product has been discontinued from the range, you can either receive a request for an alternative product, or we will refund the sum for the return or the entire order amount and will be responsible for the return postage. We sell products with high demands on hygiene and sterility. In the event of a manifestly incorrect shipment, we therefore ask you to be vigilant with the product and accessories. When you have opened the packaging, carefully inspect the product, in case there are any suspected damages, you should document these before use or possible return.
It is unusual with damage and error shipments. If it is a minor detail that is damaged or faulty, the customer is first offered compensation in the form of a spare part to rectify faults, secondly part of the product cost is reimbursed and thirdly we review the return. All returns and complaints are assessed on an individual basis, after contact with the customer in accordance with current consumer legislation. In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.

Right of withdrawal
You as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase without specific reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You may unpack and look at the goods, but both the product and the packaging must be enclosed in a substantially unchanged condition (according to regulations in the Distance and Home Sales Act), ie unused, whole and clean. You as a customer are responsible for delivery costs and return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal and open purchase or when exchanging. At, a 14-day open purchase applies, as well as a 14-day exchange right. The withdrawal period applies from the day you received the product. When invoking the right of withdrawal or open purchase, a refund of the purchase amount is made via the same payment method as the purchase.
