Docklandet Trustpilot

We were previously members of Trustpilot. We had our account for about a year and had around 250 reviews posted (2021–2022). Suddenly, in early 2023, our account was deactivated. We later learned that Trustpilot has a policy that does not allow the sale of dolls under 148 cm. Since we have a large number of dolls under that height, we could no longer maintain an account on Trustpilot. 

Unfortunately, this “policy” wasn’t written anywhere in their terms of service, but there are several clauses stating that Trustpilot can terminate a partnership at any time without cause. Fortunately, we got back some of the money we’d invested in our account.

We’re not interested in paying for and spending time on Trustpilot again, only to have our account deleted once more later on. If you’re looking for reviews of our store, we’ve collected quite a few on various dolls in the store. For obvious reasons (discretion), few customers choose to post reviews, but we receive many reviews via email, phone, and in-store, and we manually post those reviews ourselves as often as we can. There are also some reviews of our store and our dolls on dollforum.com and the Flashback forum. 

We prefer to be transparent about why we don’t use Trustpilot. The fact that we aren’t listed there isn’t because we lack customer reviews, but because we’ve chosen to no longer use the platform.
