The tracking number you received will be used when the package reaches Europe and UPS (in some cases DHL) takes over the shipping. Unfortunately, between China and Europe it is not possible to track the parcel as it is transported in a container on a train with many other parcels, so it will not be scanned like a regular domestic parcel.

For a few weeks it may look like the package is stuck in Poland or Germany, but it's just the waybill waiting for the package to arrive so UPS can take over the shipping! This is the normal shipping method for orders made in factory and shipped from China. 

The shipping from China to Europe takes about 3-5 weeks! 

Normal time for shipping from factory to you is 3-5 weeks. Unfortunately, delays can occur, especially now with unrest in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Therefore, some deliveries may take another 1-2 weeks sometimes.

But don't worry! All orders will arrive eventually, and in the unlikely event that a doll is lost along the way, a replacement doll will of course be made and sent out.

If we ship a doll to you from our warehouse in Borlänge it can arrive within 1-2 days; for other orders it will be more difficult as it is not possible to predict what will happen during shipping.
But it's usually a good idea to contact the shipping company when the package is on its way to agree on a more specific delivery date that suits you better!

Sometimes problems can arise with Klarna if you have a different address for delivery than the one you have registered with Klarna.

We have some dolls that were damaged during delivery or were defective that we sell at a lower price. It also happens that we receive returns that are completely in new condition that we sell. If you need one or more dolls for an event or a photo shoot, for example, you can buy them for a reasonable price.

Of course, it is possible to pick up the order with us instead of having it delivered! Please note this in a message when you place the order, or call/email us beforehand and we will order the package to us instead.

It is very rare that the wrong doll is sent out. Examine the doll carefully before use. If something is not right, photograph it and get back to us. If the package is damaged during delivery, first contact the shipping agent who delivered the package. Errors are rare, but should this happen, you are entitled to a return or compensation. Some of our dolls have their mouths and sometimes even their vaginas sealed at the factory. This "membrane" that sits a bit inside can easily be pushed through with a finger or similar. There will be no marks after this.

Some dolls come with an extra screw for the neck. A so-called "click-connector". This is for quickly putting on and taking off the head of the doll and is usually used for displaying dolls and different heads, it is not intended to be used for physical activity. The head is not secured very well with this screw. The screw used as standard for sex dolls is threaded all the way and is always included with the dolls.

If your sex doll is broken or inoperable due to a hidden factory defect (which you can prove), you are entitled to compensation or to have a replacement sent to you.

During delivery, you are responsible for Docklandet for the shipment and if there is a problem, we will take care of it. For example, if your package is lost, we will send you a new one. However, it is unusual for problems to occur during delivery.

Specially modified dolls usually mean that we have to order directly from the factory, the delivery time is then between 3 and 6 weeks approximately.

We'll give you an example of what the head would look like (digitally in 3D), if you're happy, you can make a purchase and we'll start manufacturing and deliver to you.
