NOTE! We have varying delivery times for dolls from WM-Doll. About half of the dolls in our selection are shipped from WM-Doll’s European warehouse, in which case the delivery time is 2–5 business days. We also have a few WM-Doll dolls in stock here in Borlänge. Other dolls are shipped from WM-Doll’s factory in China. Sometimes the body and head are ready for shipment, but in most cases they are manufactured upon order, and production usually takes about 7–14 days. Shipping from China normally takes 3–5 weeks. Of course, as a customer, you are not affected by shipping costs, taxes, or customs duties.

Once your WM doll has been produced, you can, if you wish, view photos of the doll before it is shipped to you; however, this will cause a slight delay in delivery. You’ll have the opportunity to approve the finished doll and also make changes or add something if you’d like.

How to Care for Your WM Dolls: Operation and Maintenance Instructions (Translated into Swedish)

1. The outer layer of your WM-Doll is made of high-quality elastic TPE (thermoplastic elastomers) of high quality, bonded with epoxy resins to form a sturdy body frame and a finely crafted skeleton. All materials comply with national health and safety standards and are safe for humans and environmentally friendly.

2. The skeleton and joints allow the model to pose in many positions and styles, providing a highly realistic experience. For longer durability, however, do not place the doll in extended positions for long periods of time. Although the TPE material is incredibly elastic, durable, and long-lasting, excessive stretching over a long period of time can result in deformation. Return the model to its original position, with the hands resting downward, after use.

3. It is standard practice during manufacturing to assemble and position the skeleton at precise points. Various supports are attached during the injection molding process, so there may be some small fill marks at these points, which are not classified as manufacturing defects.

4. Avoid sharp objects or kneading with excessive force.

5.Always exercise caution when dressing your sex doll. Always wash the garments at least 2–3 times before use to ensure they do not bleed color. 

6. Do not expose the model to sunlight for extended periods. This can accelerate the aging of the TPE material and shorten the doll’s lifespan.

7. If creases or pressure marks appear, you can apply a warm towel to the creased area to remove the mark. Pressure marks often disappear on their own over time. A heat gun can be used to soften the material and repair damage.

8. Dust and dirt can be removed with regular soap in the shower or a bubble bath. Clean gently with the palm of your hand, and be careful with fingernails and rough or sharp objects that could damage or scratch the surface. After drying, we recommend applying talcum powder or cornstarch. The model will look like new again. We strongly recommend periodic maintenance of your model.

9. If the model’s surface has scratches, cut marks, or holes, use TPE adhesive to seal them. Clean the damaged area with makeup remover before applying the adhesive. Make sure the damaged surface is not under tension when applying the TPE adhesive. The curing time is about half an hour. You can also heat up the TPE and use it as glue. A large piece of TPE is included with every WM-Doll.
