When the package arrives in your city, in most cases the shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Sometimes the package can be delivered to your property even if you’re not home. You also have the option to pick up the package yourself at the shipping company’s terminal; contact them before delivery, and it usually works out fine. We usually ship the entire doll in one large package, but sometimes we ship the head and body in separate packages. 

The doll will, of course, arrive in a discreet package—a plain brown cardboard box without any logos or company names that might reveal the contents.

The tracking number you received will be used when the package reaches Europe, and UPS (in some cases, DHL) takes over the shipment. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to track the package between China and Europe because it’s shipped in a container on a train with many other packages, so it isn’t scanned like a regular domestic package.

For a few weeks, it may appear as though the package is stuck in Poland or Germany, but it’s just the waybill waiting for the package to arrive, so UPS can take over the shipment! This is the standard shipping method for orders that are factory-made and shipped from China. 

Shipping from China to Europe takes about 3–5 weeks! 

The standard shipping time from the factory to you is 3–5 weeks. Unfortunately, delays can occur, especially now with the unrest in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. As a result, some deliveries may occasionally be delayed by an additional 1–2 weeks.

But don’t worry! All orders will eventually arrive, and if, against all odds, a doll were to go missing in transit, we will of course manufacture a replacement doll and send it out.

If we ship a doll to you from our warehouse in Borlänge, it should arrive within 1–2 days; for other orders, it’s more difficult since it’s impossible to predict what might happen during shipping.
But you can usually contact the shipping company once the package is on its way to arrange a more specific delivery date that works better for you!

You can pay with VISA, Mastercard, and American Express via Stripe’s payment gateway, which Docklandet.se uses for card payments.

You can also pay using Klarna's payment solutions "Pay Later" or "Pay in Installments."

We also offer PayPal as a payment option for those who prefer it. Stripe, Klarna and PayPal have high standards for security and privacy; this applies to both their own services and those of their partners. Klarna does not work for customers living outside of Sweden, unfortunately. This is due to a restriction that Klarna has in the platform we use. We find this very unfortunate. One way to use Klarna from, for example, Norway or Finland is to make a card payment with a Klarna card. But that assumes you have such a card, of course.

Sometimes problems can arise with Klarna if you have a different shipping address listed than the one you have registered with Klarna.

An alternative to Klarna is to use a credit card and arrange installment payments with the credit card company. This usually results in a better interest rate as well.

In short, yes! All the dolls in our lineup are priced a bit below normal market prices. We’ll keep it that way! We also run occasional short-term promotions on certain dolls from time to time, usually when we have high inventory levels for those products, or in some cases when we want to clear out a product. We generally do not use discount codes. On the rare occasions when we do use a discount code, it is usually in the form of compensation where the customer has chosen a discount on a future purchase instead of a cash refund.

There are websites that claim to have discount codes for Docklandet and other stores. This is a scam! These codes do not work.

We have a few dolls that were damaged during shipping or were defective, which we’re selling at a lower price. We also occasionally receive returns that are in brand-new condition, which we’re selling at a discount. If you need one or more dolls for an event or a photo shoot, for example, you can purchase them at a reasonable price.

Of course, you’re welcome to pick up your order from us instead of having it delivered! Please note this in a message when you place your order, or call or email us beforehand, and we’ll have the package shipped to us instead.

It is very rare for a defective doll to be shipped. However, please inspect the doll carefully before use. If something seems wrong, take a photo of it and contact us. If the package was damaged during delivery, please contact the shipping carrier that delivered it first. Defects are rare, but if this should occur, you are entitled to a return or compensation. Read more about our shipping and refund policies at checkout. 

Some of our dolls come with their mouths—and sometimes even their vaginas—sealed at the factory. This "membrane," which is located a short distance inside, can easily be punctured with a finger or something similar. This will not leave any marks.

Some dolls come with an extra screw for the neck—a so-called “click-connector.” This is designed to allow the head to be quickly attached to and removed from the doll and is most often used for displaying dolls and different heads; it is not intended for use during physical activity. The head does not stay on very securely with this screw. The screw used as standard for sex dolls is threaded all the way through and is always included with the dolls.

If your sex doll has broken or is unusable due to a hidden manufacturing defect (which you can prove), you are entitled to compensation or to have a new unit sent to you.

During shipping, Docklandet is responsible for the shipment, and if any problems arise, we’ll take care of them. For example, if your package goes missing, we’ll send you a new one. However, it’s rare for problems to occur during delivery.

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the day the item is received. This applies to items shipped from the warehouse; for items shipped directly from the factory, please read the terms of purchase.

You can customize or combine virtually any doll/body/head you want from our selection. Of course, you can also ask us if we can source other faces or bodies. Custom-modified dolls usually mean we’ll have to order directly from the factory; production time for these ranges from 1 to 4 weeks, depending on whether the doll is made of TPE or silicone. The delivery time is then approximately 3 to 5 weeks.

If you’d like a head inspired by a celebrity whose appearance you can’t photograph yourself, you’ll need to find as many good photos as possible and send them to us. We’ll provide you with a sample of what the head would look like (digitally in 3D); if you’re satisfied, you can place an order, and we’ll begin production and ship it to you. Please also let us know which doll manufacturer you’d like to use, and we’ll get back to you with a price quote. Production is handled by one of our partners, who are highly skilled and experienced.
