Our sex dolls comes with DHL, PostNord, UPS or Schenker, depending on the postal location. Normal delivery time for dolls in stock is 2-4 days; for factory-made dolls 3-5 weeks. When the parcel arrives in your city, in most cases you will be contacted by the shipping company to make an appointment for delivery. Sometimes the parcel can be delivered to your property even if you are not at home. You also have the option of picking up the package yourself at the freight company's terminal, contact them before delivery and it usually goes well. Most often we send the whole doll in one large package, but sometimes we send the head and body in separate packages. 

The doll of course comes in a discreet package, simple brown cardboard box without logos or company names that could reveal the contents.

The tracking number you receive will be used when the package reaches Europe and UPS (in some cases DHL) takes over the shipping. Unfortunately, between China and Europe it is not possible to track the package as it is shipped in a container on a train with many other packages, so it does not get scanned like a regular domestic package.

For a few weeks it may look like the package is stuck in Poland or Germany, but it's just the waybill waiting for the package to arrive so UPS can take over the shipping! This is the normal shipping method for orders made in factory and shipped from China. 

Shipping from China to Europe takes about 3-5 weeks! 

Normal shipping time from the factory to you is 3-5 weeks. Unfortunately, delays can occur, especially now with unrest in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Therefore, some deliveries may take an additional 1-2 weeks at times.

But don't worry! All orders arrive eventually, and should one doll in the unlikely event of a disappearance along the way, a replacement manikin is of course produced and sent out.

If we send a doll to you from our warehouse in Borlänge it can arrive within 1-2 days; for other orders it is more difficult as it is not possible to predict what will happen during shipping.
But it's usually a good idea to contact the shipping company when the package is on its way to agree on a more specific delivery date that suits you better!

Klarna does not work for customers who live outside Sweden Unfortunately. This is due to a barrier that Klarna has in the platform we use. We find this very sad. One way to use Klarna from e.g. Norway or Finland is to make a card payment with a Klarna-card. But that assumes that you have such a card, of course.

Sometimes problems can arise with Klarna if you have a different address given for delivery than the one you have registered with Klarna.

An alternative to Klarna is to use a credit card and agree with credit card companies on installments. This usually results in a better interest rate.

In short, yes! All dolls in the range are priced a bit below normal market prices. We will keep that! We have some dolls that were damaged during delivery or were defective that we sell at a lower price. It also happens that we receive returns that are completely in new condition that we sell. If you need one or more dolls for an event or a photo shoot, you can buy them for a reasonable price.

Of course, it is possible to pick up the order from us instead of having it delivered! Please note this in a message when you place the order, or call/email us before and we will order the package to us instead.

It is very rare that errors doll is sent out. Examine the doll carefully before use. If something is not right, photograph it and contact us. If the package is damaged during delivery, first contact the shipping agent who delivered the package. Errors are rare, but should this happen, you are entitled to a return or compensation. Some of our dolls have their mouths and sometimes even their vaginas sealed at the factory. This "membrane", which sits a bit inside, can easily be pierced with a finger or similar. There will be no marks after this.

Some dolls come with an extra screw for the neck. A so-called "click-connector". This is for quickly putting on and taking off the head of the doll and is usually used for displaying dolls and different heads, it is not intended to be used for physical activity. The head is not secured very well with this screw. The screw used as standard for sex dolls is threaded all the way and is always included with the dolls.

If your sex doll broken or inoperable due to a hidden manufacturing defect (which you can prove), you are entitled to compensation or to have a new copy sent to you.

During delivery, the following are responsible Docklandet for the shipment and if there is a problem, we will take care of it. For example, if your package is lost, we will send you a new one. However, it is unusual for problems to occur during delivery.

You can modify or combine virtually any doll/body/head you want in our range. You can of course also ask us if we can produce other faces or bodies. Specially modified dolls usually mean that we will order directly from the factory, the production time for these is between 1-4 weeks depending on whether the doll is made of TPE or silicone. The delivery time is then between 3 and 5 weeks approximately.

Most of our dolls have options for changes and upgrades at the bottom of the product info!

It can be done. We can create a model in 3D and then cast a face from it. Costs vary depending on the manufacturer, but are rarely less than SEK 20 000. What is needed for this are photos of the head from as many angles as possible, with hair done up. If you want a head inspired by a famous person's appearance that you can't photograph yourself, you'll have to find as many good photos as possible and send them to us. We'll give you an example of what the head would look like (digitally in 3D), if you're happy, you can make a purchase and we'll start manufacturing and deliver to you. You also tell us which manufacturer of doll you want and we will get back to you with a price proposal. The production is done by one of our partners who are very skilled and experienced.
