NOTE! We have different delivery times on dolls from WM-Doll. About half of the dolls in our range are shipped from WM-Doll's Europe warehouse and then delivery time is 2-5 working days. We also have some WM-Doll's at home in Borlänge. Other dolls are shipped from WM-DollSometimes the body and head are ready for delivery, but in most cases they are made to order and production usually takes about 7-14 days. Delivery from China is normally 3-5 weeks. Of course, you as a customer are not affected by shipping costs, taxes or customs duties.

Once your WM doll has been produced, you can, if you wish, see pictures of the doll before it is sent to you; however, this causes some delay in delivery. You may approve the finished doll and also change or add something if you wish.

How to take care of your WM manikins, operating and maintenance instructions

1. The outer layer of your WM-Doll is made of elastic TPE (thermoplastic elastomers) of high standard coupling with epoxy resins in solid body support and finely crafted skeleton. All materials meet national health and safety standards and are harmless to humans as well as environmentally friendly.

2. The skeleton and joints allow the model to pose in many positions and styles, providing a very realistic experience. For longer durability, do not place the doll in extended positions for long periods of time. Although the elasticity of the TPE material is amazingly durable and long-lasting, excessive stretching over a long period of time can result in deformation. After use, move the model to its original position, with hands resting downwards.

3. It is a standard procedure during manufacture to assemble and position its skeleton at precise points. Various supports were attached during the injection process, so there will be some small fillings on these holes that are not classified as manufacturing defects.

4. Avoid sharp objects or kneading with excessive strength.

5. Always be careful when using clothing on your sex doll. Always wash the garments at least 2-3 times before use to ensure that they do not stain. 

6. Do not expose the model to sunlight for an extended period of time. This can increase the aging of TPE materials and shorten the life of the doll.

7. If creases or pressure marks appear, you can apply a warm towel to the creased area to remove the mark. Pressure marks often disappear on their own over time. A heat gun can be used to soften materials and repair damage.

8. Dust and dirt can be removed with ordinary soap in a shower or bubble bath. Clean gently with the palm of your hand, being careful with fingernails and rough and sharp materials that can affect or scratch the surface. After drying, it is recommended to apply talcum powder or cornstarch powder. The model will be like new again. We strongly recommend periodic maintenance of your model.

9. If the surface of the model has been scratched, cut marks or holes, use TPE glue to seal. Clean the damaged area with makeup remover before gluing. Make sure that the defective surface is not in tension when applying TPE glue. The curing time is about half an hour. You can also heat the TPE and use it as glue. A large piece of TPE is included with each WM-Doll.
