Returns and complaints
If you want to claim a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by email for further instructions. Notify us by email at info@docklandet.se before sending the item back.

 In Sweden, you have the right to complain for 3 years, and you need to contact us within 2 months from when you discovered the fault. From the Swedish Consumer Agency: "For the product to be considered faulty, the fault must be original. An original fault is a fault that was already present when you bought or received the product. The fault does not have to appear immediately. It can be an original fault even if the fault appears after a certain time. The product is not considered faulty if you yourself caused the fault, for example by using it in the wrong way."


In the event of an approved complaint, the correct item is sent out. If the item has been discontinued, you can either request an alternative product, or we will refund the amount for the return or the entire order amount and cover the return postage. We sell products with high demands on hygiene and sterility. In the event of an obviously incorrect shipment, we therefore ask you to be vigilant with the product and accessories. When you have opened the packaging, look over the product carefully, in the unlikely event that there is damage, you should document these before use or possible return.

Damage and wrong shipments are unusual. If it is a minor detail that is damaged or wrong, the customer is first offered compensation in the form of a spare part to correct the error, secondly a part of the product cost is refunded, thirdly a replacement item and fourthly we review the return. All returns and complaints are assessed on an individual basis, after contact with the customer in accordance with current consumer legislation. In the event of a dispute, we always follow ARN's recommendations.

Right of withdrawal
Sex toys are goods whose packaging must not be broken for a return to be approved, for hygienic reasons. Generally when it comes to sex toys, such as sex dolls then we have an obligation to our customers to be able to guarantee an unused product. It is fine to open the box and inspect the product, but the plastic around the doll must be unbroken upon return and it must also not be unpacked or lifted from the packaging.According to Swedish law, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. This applies to orders shipped from stock. ATTENTION! Do not use "silver tape" when packing. You as the customer are responsible for the original delivery cost and any return shipping when invoking the right of withdrawal or in case of exchange. On Docklandet.see 14 days open purchase applies, likewise 14 days right of exchange. The cancellation period applies from the day you received the product. When invoking the right of withdrawal or open purchase, the purchase amount is refunded via the same payment method as the purchase. We reserve the right to examine the condition of the item before a refund is made. Should you discover that the product has a defect/beauty defect, this must be reported within the first 14 days. You can choose to return the item to us on your own, or we can book a pick-up with you DHL.

For custom made dolls shipped from factory then the right of withdrawal does not apply according to Swedish law: "The right of withdrawal does not apply to all types of purchases. It does not apply, for example, to anyone who buys a trip or a specially manufactured product".If the doll is still in production, you can cancel the order but you will then be charged 20% of the purchase amount. This rule applies to all makes. If the doll is ready to be sent, the right of withdrawal expires.

European customers within the EU are protected by local EU rules when purchasing goods online from stores such as Docklandet. These stores, including Docklandet must display all relevant rules to their customers.

Invalid returns
